Wink & Nod

Located in Boston’s South End, Wink & Nod embodies the good spirit of yesteryear’s speakeasy with modern flare. This craft cocktail concept advances the idea of a “fresh menu” by housing an incubator pop-up restaurant program, which offers a brick-and-mortar kitchen to a new culinary team every 6 months.

The Tap Trailhouse

A brew house in Faneuil Hall inspired by Boston’s rich colonial heritage. This trailhouse concept offers premium American fare along with 24 craft New England brews on tap and gained quick fame for its weekend brunch & accompanying Build Your Own Bloody Mary menu.

Griddler’s Burger + Dogs

Griddler’s is anchored by a fun and recognizable identity. Each location uses only locally sourced ingredients to deliver on the “always local, always fresh” manifesto promise while illustrated graphics along with custom wall decor & entertainment options provide a distinct take on this scalable better-burger concept.

Certified Meatball Co.

The inspiration for Certified Meatball Co. was born from nostalgic memories of top quality food & produce found in the local butcher shops of our youth. The concept is currently under development.

Little Owl Tavern

Little Owl Tavern, an Italian eatery, pulls from the history of Siena’s provincial racing competition and the pageantry that surrounds it. The concept is currently under development.

Southern Kin Cookhouse

Our country’s rich southern culture of great food shared with friends & family is the launching point for Southern Kin Cookhouse. This concept is currently under development.

Southern Kin Cookhouse is coming to Somerville’s Assembly Row!

BNV is thrilled to announce our newest concept, Southern Kin Cookhouse!  With authentic southern fare and a promise of warm hospitality, our new destination will debut at Assembly Row this winter and allow Bostonians to experience and unprecedented celebration of Southern culture.

Southern Kin represents the first of several upcoming concepts as part of our growth strategy for 2016 and beyond. Approachable yet playful lunch, brunch and dinner offerings will allow guests to share home-style comfort dishes, focused on big, bold flavors.   In the beverage department, we have methodically curated a program showcasing the depth of American whiskey. The extensive list covers over 100 American whiskeys with nearly 50 present day Kentucky bourbons, a wide selection of other American whiskeys like Rye, Wheat, Oat, Corn, Single Malt, and a selection of house infused Bourbons.

Our newest Griddler’s Burgers & Dogs is here

BNV is very excited to announce our newest Griddler’s Burgers & Dogs, on 134 Boylston Street. This is an important mark for us, as we unveil our newest brand and corporate design languages. We have developed this brand over the course of a year, and have incorporated a fun, energetic design that differentiates us from the competition. In addition, Griddler’s has shifted to become a truly Bostonian brand by adopting a locavore model using local farmers and purveyors. Our manifesto says it all: “We got our start in Boston – raised from the ground up. With ingredients as natural as our accents, Griddler’s takes the same care preparing our food as we do the communities we serve. After all, this is home. Always local. Always Fresh. Dig in.”

We are now focused on locating potential sites for our Griddler’s expansion plan. Our goal is to open 5 new stores throughout Boston-metro by 2017 and identity other emerging markets as part of our concept’s growth strategy and brand awareness efforts.
